I took 30-5 quiz. It wasn’t too hard. It was about Omissions and repetitions. The questions were about choosing the correct grammar usage. Like when they give us two sentence and they use pronoun twice and that's mistake Ex. Henri and Nicole they are good friends, or Henri and Nicole are good friends. and the right answer is the pink one because the subject Henri and Nicole is not repeated by a pronoun in the same clause. Other Ex. Small shops in Key West sell the most unusual merchandise or Small shops in Key West they sell the most unusual merchandise and the right answer is the pink one because they mention about the pronoun before and it doesn’t need to repeat again. I had one mistake which was Recently there have been many changes in world politics that anyone can read about them in the newspaper or Recently there have been many changes in world politics that anyone can read about in the newspaper. I choose the black one, but the pink one is the correct one because the relative pronoun that should not be repeated by the pronoun them later in the same clause.
